GPCRDB: Information system for G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs)


GPCRDB is a molecular class-specific information system that collects, combines, validates and disseminates heterogeneous data on G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs).

Sequence Structure function analysis of Glycoprotein hormone receptors: SSFA


System for systematic and diversified sequence-structure-function analysis, combining all mutagenesis data for FSHR, LH/CGR and TSHR into one set,  converted to functional data into unified scaled values.
