A Kothari postdoctoral fellow from August 2012 working on the role of GJB2 (Connexin 26, a gap junction protein) and TRIM28 (Tripartite motif containing 28, a transcriptional co-factor) in breast carcinogenesis where both the genes are over expressed.

Bachelors in Industrial Microbiology from Abasahebgarware College, Pune. Current research interests in developing tools to understand the importance of cell geometry as a mechanical stimulus in regulation of cell behavior.
